FG Public School No. 7 Girls Wah Cantt was established in 1971. The school was upgraded to high school in 1977 as FG High School No. 8 Wah Cantt, later renamed as FG Public School No. 7 Girls Wah Cantt. The school has over 1000 students and classes are being offered from Pre-I to X.
The Alumni of FGPS No. 7 Girls are serving not only on regional level but also at national in different capacities as Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, and Teachers.

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has postponed papers of the SSC Annual Examination 2023. In a notification, the FBISE said that the papers scheduled to be held from 10th to 13th May 2023 have been postponed in all examination centers within Pakistan and abroad.

The Federal Board FBISE announced a new notification about the SSC Part-I & II revised Examination date sheet, 2023.
The Federal Board has asked the students to download their roll number slips from FBISE website. However, all remaining papers will be held as per schedule issued earlier by the Board.
Moreover, the practical exams that were earlier scheduled to be held on June 06 will now be started on June 10, 2022.
